3 in-person visits give us room to explore your priorities, discuss birth preferences, practice comfort measures, and prepare your support team.
Thoughtful preparation, without information overload.
Together, we explore your options, talk through your questions, and create a birth plan that reflects your values and preferences. Drawing on current evidence, I help you prepare for informed conversations with your care team and consider how your wishes can be supported as your birth unfolds.
Your priorities, thoughtfully prepared—with room for flexibility.
From the time we decide to work together, you can reach me by phone or text with questions, concerns, or support through the changes of pregnancy. You are never limited to our scheduled visits.
Personal support begins as soon as we begin working together.
At 36 weeks, that ongoing support becomes true around-the-clock birth availability. I remain close by, avoid travel, and keep myself ready to join you when labor begins.
24 hours a day · 7 days a week · close by from 36 weeks
Once active support begins, I remain with you through labor and birth—offering positioning, comfort techniques, reassurance, and a steady presence.
Support that adapts to the birth in front of us.
After birth, I stay to help protect the atmosphere around your new family, support the first latch when desired, and make sure you receive a nourishing first meal.
Gentle help while the world becomes new.
Within the first week, we reconnect to process the birth, answer practical questions, and make sure you feel supported as you settle in at home.
One in-person postpartum visit within a week.
If you would like photos and videos of your birth but prefer not to hire a separate photographer, I offer this as an optional part of your doula care at no additional cost. I am not a professional photographer or videographer, but I can help capture meaningful moments while keeping your support and care first. Some of the photos throughout this website are examples of pictures I have taken.
Your memories, your choice. I never share your photos or videos without your explicit permission.
Your birth. Your people.
A doula does not replace your partner, nurse, midwife, or physician. I help your team work together by tending to comfort, communication, preparation, and the emotional rhythm of labor.
